Chalk paint memories

So yesterday my kids were full of something..I guess that's pretty normal but it seemed like they had an extra shot of whatever it is that makes them act like wild animals. So since the weather has cooled down a bit and we can actually go OUT, we have been celebrating by getting out the water table with lots of soap to make tons of soap suds!! It started out pretty innocent, the normal kind of stuff...splashing around and making "soap sud sculptures" THEN the sidewalk chalk came out and got together with the wet pavement and TA DA!! we made chalk paint! And it was EVERYWHERE!.. all over the sidewalk of course, then they figured out it was pretty fun to paint themselves, each other, their baby brother AND of coarse ME! Pretty soon just about everything was covered in this mixture of soap, water and chalk paint! Needless to say they were thinking this was pretty awesome and didn't seem to mind the fact that they were absolutely covered in this stuff. After about an hour we looked at each other and laughed our crazy heads off... I wish I had some "after" pics to share but my hands were covered in this stuff so, I didn't want to even touch my camera! Well thankfully we have a shower downstairs so we all hopped in ( even the baby!) and cleaned up and that was the end of it.. There truly is NEVER a dull moment and if there was I guess my life AND my clothes wouldn't be full of "chalk-paint" memories!
